Dear Patients and Families,
We wanted to give you a quick update on the status of our offices reopening.
We are working hard to ensure the safety of our patients and staff prior to reopening. We are required to have certain PPE as you have heard from our governor, there is a shortage. We have ordered everything and just waiting for it to arrive. We are also required to get certification from the Maryland State Dental Association that we are compliant with the new standards due to the coronavirus. As such, we are happy to hear the governor's office has announced that dental and oral healthcare offices may begin to reopen, but it will be a little longer before we begin seeing patients in office. We will announce when we officially resume in- office visits and will also post updates on our website.
In the meantime, we are so happy to continue to offer virtual appointments. For those who has in- person appointments scheduled for the next few weeks, we will reach out to you directly to coordinate. We are also available to assist with any orthodontic emergencies. If you experience an emergency, please call the office to make an appointment.
